Combining bitter sweet melted chocolate, and cocoa powder with thick cream creates a luscious, decadent, but not too sweet treat, for those with mild tongues. Served with crisp Biscotti for dipping, while warm.Consider adding a shot of Ishgardian Vodka when the biscotti is gone to finish off the chocolate for a truly extravagant, and warming drink to sip.

Sweet Popoto Pudding

Single serve ramekin of smooth sweet popoto pudding. This recipe is flavored with the markings of an autumn from memory; brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove, without drowning the naturally sweet, earthy tones of Sweet Popoto. Served cool.This cozy flight pairs well with dry white wines, or the natural molasses flavor of rum.

Rolanberry Streudel Bites with Cream Cheese

Three bite sized morsels filled with whipped cream cheese and rolanberry. The rolanberry is filled with natural sugars to satisfy that sweet tooth, while remaining tart and refreshing. The cream cheese is mild, lightly baked within for a creamy, slightly salty tang. The drizzle of cream cheese icing will give you reason to lick your fingers!Try this paired with a deep berry wine like Cabernet Sauvignon to cut through the sugar and accentuate the rolanberry. A Whiskey neat could also set you back on the path for another bite!
